Percula

Many designer clownfish variations exist thanks to this species (Picasso Clownfish, Onyx Percula, Maine Blizzard Clownfish). The classic Percula Clownfish looks very similar to the Ocellaris Clownfish with its bright orange body color and 3 white stripes. Natural genetic variations in this particular fish will determine how much black they will get. These are peaceful fish although when mixed with other clowns they can become a little territorial.  They often host the common and hardy Bubble Tip Anemone and reach a mature size of 3.5″.
