Our Satisfaction Guarantee

We offer a "live arrival" guarantee for our livestock!

All livestock is guaranteed to arrive alive. If you receive live goods that perished while in transit, you must notify us within 4 hours of your receipt and provide us with a photo of the deceased item. If you are not available to sign for the package, we will use the time of delivery stated by the carrier.

CultivatedReef is not responsible for shipping delays due to weather or mistakes made by the shipping carrier. All DOA's will be credited towards your next order.
