My experience with you has been nothing but positive. You guys have great prices, fast shipping and by far the best customer service. The frags were packaged very nicely and after getting them into my tank they were all open and full of vibrant color within only a few hours. I just participated in a group buy from Farm Fresh Frags and I can say that the experience was great. They were easy to work with, coordinated our orders perfectly and shipping was very inexpensive. All the corals opened up within a few hours (or less) and are doing great. I was more than happy with the items and the quantity of polyps I received. I would highly recommend them as a vendor!

Farm Fresh Frags Great Experience! I recently ordered quite a few things from this company and was very impressed with the service I received. All the items I ordered looked like pictured (I've heard of other people having bad experience with other online vendors before) and came very healthy. Packaging was well insulated and protected. Also not only do they have one of the best deals on shipping to this area $19 overnight! But the prices on their site are very reasonable especially if you catch one of the many items on sale. Communication was great as I had many concerns and questions before the order and they answered all of them quickly and with all the information requested. The corals I got look top notch and I definitely plan to order from them again. Also many of the frags I got were a very generous size which is always a good thing.

I recently placed an order with CultivatedReef.com, and I am really pleased with the order process and the corals I received. They specializes in cultivated/aquacultured corals so as to lessen the impact on the natural reefs.

Here is how I would rate the following aspects of the order:

- Service/Advice = A+ (very easy to work with, helped to select specific corals based on my system, provided care and cultivation tips, and very responsive to emails/messages.
- Selection = A (a wide assortment of various coral types and species, with plans to add more over time)
- Shipping = A+ (shipping was fast, styrofoam case with extra padding, everything was shipped in individually sealed bags and attached to rock rubble or frags discs based on appropriate needs of the coral)
- Pricing = A+ (good base prices and sales, great shipping rates and price breaks)
- Quality = A+ (corals had lots of color, frags were well healed, everything acclimated well)
- Extra Effort/Going Above and Beyond = A+ (lots of follow up before and after the order, very personable, and concerned with the quality/condition of corals when they arrived such that if there were any issues he would have taken care of them, but there weren't)

Overall, I would give them an A+ rating and highly recommend ordering from them, especially if you are looking for aquacultured corals.
